Returns & Exchanges

At Ateljé, we want you to love your pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
