What is the standard shipping timeframe?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all Ateljé tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How do I ensure I choose the right size?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. As our collections range from tailored to oversized fits, we recommend comparing these measurements against a similar garment you already own.
What payment methods do you accept?
Ateljé accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In select regions, we also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options via Klarna.
Where are your garments produced?
Sustainability and ethics are at our core. Our collections are designed in-house and manufactured in certified factories that prioritize fair labor practices and high-quality craftsmanship.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You can modify or cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement by contacting our customer support team. After this window, the standard return process applies.
